Delicious Creamy Cheesecake

Prepare the ingredients Allow the butter, cream cheese, and eggs to come to room temperature.

Crust In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 3/4 cups flour. Mix until the dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake the crust at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Filling In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar, mixing well. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.

Bake Bake the cheesecake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Chill Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
