Coconut Bread Pudding

1.Cut the bread slices into small cubes and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, fresh cream, grated coconut, and sugar. Mix well until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the bread cubes to the mixture and let them soak for about 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour the bread mixture into the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
