Sizzling Beef and Onion Sandwich

1.Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the sliced onions and sauté until caramelized, stirring occasionally.

2.In another skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

3.Toast the bread slices until golden brown.

4.Fry the eggs in a separate skillet to your desired doneness.

5.Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

6.To assemble the sandwich, place a generous amount of beef on a slice of bread, top with caramelized onions, a fried egg, and another slice of bread with mayonnaise. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.

7.Serve the sizzling beef and onion sandwiches hot and enjoy!
