Chocolate Fudge Cake

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder, baking powder, flour, water, and sugar. Mix well until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan.

2.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the chocolate fudge frosting In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/4 cup cocoa powder and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1/3 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gradually mix in 3 cups powdered sugar until smooth.
