Ultimate Cheese Fries

1.Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips.

2.Rinse the potato strips in cold water to remove excess starch.

3.Pat dry the potato strips with a paper towel to remove any moisture.

4.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5.Spread the potato strips in a single layer on the baking sheet.

6.Bake the potatoes for 30-35 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

7.In a bowl, mix the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses together.

8.Once the potatoes are done, sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the top of the fries.

9.Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

10.Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and diced bacon.

11.Serve hot and enjoy!
