Roasted Chickpeas

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.Dry the chickpeas with a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.

3.In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

4.Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5.Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the chickpeas are crispy.

6.Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

7.Enjoy as a snack or use as a crunchy topping for salads, soups, or bowls.
