Creamy Butter Chicken

1.Marinate the chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and chili powder for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

2.In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.

3.Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.

4.Add the heavy cream and honey. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

5.Season with salt to taste.

6.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
