Single-Serving Bisquick Pancake

1.Combine the Bisquick mix (½ cup), milk (⅓ cup), vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), sugar (1 tablespoon), and vanilla extract (¼ teaspoon) in a medium bowl. Whisk together until smooth, ensuring there are no lumps.

2.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once hot, lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

3.Pour the pancake batter into the skillet, forming a round pancake shape. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, or until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set.
