Buckwheat with Meat and Tomato Paste Sauce

1.Cook the buckwheat according to package instructions. Set aside.

3.Add the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.

4.Pour in the broth and simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the meat is tender and the flavors have melded together.

5.Serve the cooked buckwheat in a bowl and top it with the meat and tomato paste sauce.

6.Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
