Marshmallow Cheesecake Brownies

Prepare the Brownie Layer

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

2.In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Cheesecake Layer

1.In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Layering and Baking

1.Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture on top.

2.Add the remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

3.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set.

4.Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top.

5.Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

6.Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
