Banana Egg Pancakes

1.Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth.

2.Add sugar, milk, and the egg to the mashed bananas and mix well until combined.

3.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

4.Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan.

5.Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

6.Continue with the remaining batter.

7.Serve warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fruits, or whipped cream.
