Creamy Banana Ice Cream

1Peel the bananas and slice them into coins. Place the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle lemon juice over the banana slices to prevent browning.

3In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
