Savory Beef and Mushroom Pie

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2In a skillet, brown the ground beef (1 pound) over medium heat until fully cooked.

3Add the sliced mushrooms (2 cups) to the skillet and sauté until they are tender and release their juices.

4Sprinkle the flour over the beef and mushrooms, stirring well to combine and cook for a few minutes to remove the raw flour taste.

5Prepare your favorite pie crust dough or use a store-bought one. Roll out the crust and line a pie dish with it.

6Pour the beef and mushroom mixture into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly.

7Top the pie with another layer of crust, sealing the edges and cutting slits in the top to allow steam to escape.

8Bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

9Let the pie cool slightly before slicing and serving.
