Savory Chicken Fried Rice

1.In a large skillet or wok, heat some oil over medium-high heat.

2.Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

3.Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them with the chicken.

4.Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Saute until the vegetables are tender.

5.Stir in the cooked white rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

6.Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue cooking for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.

7.Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

8.Serve hot and enjoy your delicious chicken fried rice!
