Homemade Chai Recipe

1.In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.

2.Add the crushed cardamom pods, sliced ginger, and loose black tea leaves to the boiling water.

3.Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes to infuse the flavors.

4.Pour in the milk and stir well. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes.

5.Add sugar and ground cinnamon. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

6.Strain the chai into serving cups and enjoy the soothing flavors of homemade Chai.
