Perfect Noodle Sauce

Combine soy sauce (¼ cup), sesame oil (2 tablespoons), honey (2 tablespoons), rice vinegar (1 tablespoon), garlic, ginger, and chili flakes (½ teaspoon) in a bowl. Mix well until the honey (2 tablespoons) is fully dissolved.

Heat a pan over medium heat and pour the sauce mixture into it.

Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool slightly.

Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until well coated.

Serve the noodles topped with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
