Savory Beef and Potato Mushroom Bake

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a skillet, brown the beef stew meat over medium-high heat until seared on all sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3.In the same skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant.

4.Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.

5.Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

6.Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish. Top with the cooked beef and mushroom mixture.

7.Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

8.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the top.

9.Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
