Cheesy Potato Casserole

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2In a mixing bowl, combine the milk (1 cup), mayonnaise (½ cup), soya sauce (2 tablespoons), and red chili sauce (2 tablespoons). Mix well.

3Layer half of the sliced potatoes (6) in a baking dish.

4Pour half of the milk (1 cup) and sauce mixture over the potatoes (6).

5Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese (1 cup) on top.

6Repeat with another layer of potatoes (6), milk (1 cup) and sauce mixture, and shredded cheese (1 cup).

7Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.

8Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes (6) are tender and the cheese (1 cup) is melted and bubbly.

10Serve hot and enjoy!
