Fluffy Egg Souffle

1.Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat the oven to 350°F.

2.Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.

3.In the bowl with egg yolks, add milk, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

4.In the bowl with egg whites, beat them until stiff peaks form.

5.Carefully fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites until just combined.

6.Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the souffle is puffy and golden brown.

8.Serve immediately for a light and fluffy egg dish!
