Buttery Potato Mash

1.Peel the potatoes and cut them into small chunks. Boil the potatoes in a pot of water until they are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter to the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher until smooth. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and mix them into the mashed potatoes until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the buttery potato mash hot as a delightful side dish!
