Savory Tomato Chicken

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Push the onion and garlic to the side of the skillet and add the chicken breasts. Cook until browned on both sides.

3.Pour the diced tomatoes over the chicken. Sprinkle dried basil and oregano on top. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

4.Serve the tomato chicken hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy with rice or pasta!
