Gladiator's Victory Stew

1.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.

2.Add the diced carrots and celery, cook for a few minutes until slightly softened.

3.Pour in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and red wine. Stir in the dried thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
