Decadent Cacao Chocolate Bars

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

2.In a heatproof bowl, combine the cacao paste and cacao butter. Melt the mixture over a double boiler until smooth and well combined.

3.Whisk in the cocoa powder until fully incorporated into the cacao mixture.

4.Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the xylitol until dissolved.

5.Slowly pour the sweetened milk into the cacao mixture, stirring continuously until smooth and creamy.

6.Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chocolate sets.

8.Allow the chocolate bars to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.
