1.Finely chop the Amul 99% dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.

2.In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just starts to simmer.

3.Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes.

4.Gently stir the chocolate and cream mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

5.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.

6.Once the chocolate mixture is firm, use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls with your hands.

7.Roll the chocolate truffles in cocoa powder to coat them evenly.

8.Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
