Eggless Choco Lava Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease 4 ramekins with oil and dust with cocoa powder.

2.In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Mix well.

3.Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, do not overmix.

4.Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them halfway.

5.Place a cube of dark chocolate and some chocolate chips in the center of each ramekin.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.

7.Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool for 2 minutes.

8.Carefully invert the cakes onto serving plates.

9.Serve immediately, and enjoy the warm, molten chocolate lava oozing out from the center!
