Tarragon Mayonnaise

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise (1 cup), chopped tarragon leaves (2 tablespoons), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), and Dijon mustard (1 teaspoon).

Whisk the ingredients together until well combined and smooth. Make sure the tarragon is evenly distributed throughout the mayonnaise (1 cup).

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. You can add more lemon juice (1 tablespoon) or mustard to suit your preference.

Transfer the tarragon mayonnaise (1 cup) to a serving bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.

Serve the tarragon mayonnaise (1 cup) as a dipping sauce, spread, or dressing. Enjoy!
