Peanut Butter Coconut Custard

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2.Grease a baking dish with oil.

3.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and double cream until well combined.

4.Add the peanut butter to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth and creamy.

5.Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper for flavor.

6.Pour the custard mixture into the greased baking dish.

7.Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of the custard.

8.Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the custard is set and slightly golden on top.

9.Remove the custard from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

10.Serve the Peanut Butter Coconut Custard warm or chilled, garnished with additional coconut flakes if desired.
