Coconut and Besan Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the besan, coconut flakes, and ghee. Mix well to form a crumbly mixture.

2.Heat a non-stick pan on low flame and add the crumbly mixture. Roast the mixture on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic, stirring continuously to avoid burning. This step will take about 15-20 minutes.

3.Once the mixture is golden brown, add milk and sugar. Stir continuously to ensure the sugar dissolves completely.

4.Continue to cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

5.Add cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

6.Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the mixture reaches a halwa-like consistency.

7.Remove from heat and transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate. Press the mixture evenly into the tray.

8.Let it cool for about 15-20 minutes before cutting into desired shapes.

9.Serve the Coconut and Besan Delight as a delectable dessert or as a sweet treat with tea or coffee.
