Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

1.Crack 4 large eggs into a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk the eggs and milk together until well combined and slightly frothy.

3.Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it sit for a few seconds until it starts to set at the edges.

4.Using a spatula, gently push the cooked edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the sides.

5.Continue this gentle folding and pushing motion until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny.

6.Remove the skillet from the heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs.

7.Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
