Spiced Tomato and Onion Bread Bake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2.Slice the bread into cubes and set aside.

3.In a bowl, mix chopped onions, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and turmeric powder.

4.Add cooked rice to the mixture and combine well.

5.In a baking dish, layer the bread cubes at the bottom.

6.Pour the spiced tomato and onion mixture over the bread cubes.

7.Drizzle some oil on top for added flavor.

8.Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

9.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the top is golden brown and crispy.
