Fudgy Eggless Brownies

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a square baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal later.

2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda until well combined.

3.Add vegetable oil, yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

4.Fold in the chocolate chips gently.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter.

7.Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan.

8.Once cooled, lift the brownies using the parchment paper overhang and transfer them to a cutting board.
