Homemade Mango Ice Cream

1.Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small pieces.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine maida, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix well.

4.Slowly add milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

5.Add the mango puree to the batter and mix until well combined.

6.Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.

7.Place the container in the freezer and let it set for at least 6 hours or overnight.
