Spicy Maggie Onion Noodles

1Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Caramelize the onions over low heat until they turn golden brown and sweet, stirring occasionally. This will take about 10-15 minutes.

2Once the onions are caramelized, add the green chili (1) and ginger-garlic paste (1 teaspoon). Saute for 2 minutes until fragrant.

3Add turmeric powder (½ teaspoon), chili powder (½ teaspoon), cumin powder (½ teaspoon), and coriander powder (½ teaspoon). Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to toast the spices.

4Break the Maggie noodles into the pan and add the tastemaker. Saute for a minute to mix everything evenly.

5Pour water as per the package instructions and cook the noodles until they are soft but still have a bite to them, stirring occasionally.

6Add soy sauce (1 teaspoon) and vinegar (1 teaspoon). Stir well to combine all the flavors.

7Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
