Spicy Paneer Tikka

1.In a large bowl, combine thick yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice, gram flour, and oil. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

2.Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse into the paneer.

3.Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).

4.Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion petals, bell pepper, and tomato chunks.

5.Place the skewers on the grill rack or a baking tray lined with foil. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is slightly charred and cooked through.

6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney or a squeeze of lemon juice.
