Sweet Wheat Flour Pancakes

1In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Maida (1 cup) and 1 cup of wheat flour (1 cup).

2Add 1/4 cup of sugar (¼ cup) to the bowl and mix well to ensure even distribution of sugar (¼ cup).

3Slowly pour 1 cup of milk (1 cup) into the dry ingredients while whisking continuously to form a smooth batter without lumps.

4Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.

5Pour a ladleful of the pancake batter onto the pan and spread it out gently to form a round shape.

6Cook the pancake for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look cooked.

7Flip the pancake using a spatula and cook for another 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.

8Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more pancakes.

9Serve the sweet wheat flour (1 cup) pancakes warm with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, honey, or fresh fruits.
