Succulent Honey Garlic Moton

1In a bowl, mix together honey (½ cup), minced garlic (4 cloves), soy sauce (¼ cup), ketchup (¼ cup), olive oil (1 tablespoon), dried oregano (1 teaspoon), red pepper flakes (½ teaspoon), and black pepper (½ teaspoon) to make the marinade.

2Place Moton chops (2 lbs) in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the Moton, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

3Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

4Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the Moton chops (2 lbs) from the marinade, reserving the marinade.

9Bake the Moton chops (2 lbs) in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through, basting with the sauce halfway through baking.

10Serve the succulent honey (½ cup) garlic (4 cloves) Moton hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
