Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Boil the chicken breasts (2) in a large pot of water until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Remove the chicken, let it cool, and shred it into small pieces.

In a bowl, beat the egg (1) and mix it with the shredded chicken.

Steam the broccoli florets (2 cups) until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Layer the broccoli at the bottom of a baking dish.

Spread the chicken and egg (1) mixture on top of the broccoli.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese (1 cup) over the chicken mixture.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
