Passionfruit Popsicle with Crunchy Nuts

1In a blender, combine the passionfruit pulp (2 cups), dairy milk (1 cup), sugar (¼ cup), and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon). Blend until smooth and well combined.

2Add the chopped mixed nuts (½ cup) into the blender and gently pulse a few times to mix them into the passionfruit mixture, leaving small nutty chunks for texture.

3Pour the passionfruit mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion during freezing.

4Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

5To unmold, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles, then gently pull them out.
