Caramelized Banana Delight

1Peel the bananas and slice them into thick pieces.

2Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

3Add the banana slices to the pan and cook until they start to caramelize, about 3-4 minutes.

4Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the bananas to enhance the flavors.

5Sprinkle sugar (2 tbsp) evenly over the bananas and continue cooking until the sugar (2 tbsp) melts and caramelizes, about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Remove the pan from heat once the bananas are caramelized and golden brown.

7Serve the caramelized banana slices warm as is or over a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgence.
