Spicy Chocolate Bread Rolls

1Boil the potatoes until tender, peel and mash them in a bowl.

2In a separate pan, heat ghee and sauté chopped onion until golden brown.

3Add diced tomatoes and green chillies to the pan and cook until the tomatoes soften.

4Mix in the mashed potatoes, chilli powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture for a few minutes until well combined.

5Cut the edges of the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin.

6Place a spoonful of the potato mixture on each bread slice and roll it up tightly.

7In a bowl, melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.

8Dip each bread roll in the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated.

9Place the chocolate-coated rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

10Decorate the rolls with colorful gems and sprinkle some black rice on top for added crunchiness.

11Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets and the bread is crisp.
