Creamy Coconut Milk Coffee Latte

1Brew 1 cup of your favorite coffee using a coffee maker, French press, or any other method you prefer.

2While the coffee is brewing, in a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of coconut milk (1 cup) over medium heat until it starts to steam. Do not let it boil.

3Once the coconut milk (1 cup) is steaming, stir in 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar (1 tablespoon) and a pinch of sea salt (pinch) until fully dissolved.

4Add 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract (½ tablespoon) to the coconut milk (1 cup) mixture, then remove from heat.

5Pour the brewed coffee (1 cup) into a large mug, then slowly add the coconut milk (1 cup) mixture, stirring gently to combine.

6Optional: Use a milk frother or immersion blender to create a frothy top before serving.

7Serve your Coconut Milk (1 cup) Coffee Latte hot and enjoy!
