Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Wash the celery (1 cup) thoroughly and chop it into small pieces.

Heat oil (2 tbsp) in a pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped celery (1 cup) to the pan and sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg (1) and set it aside.

Once the celery (1 cup) is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Add the marshmallows to the hot celery (1 cup) and mix until the marshmallows are melted and well combined.

Slowly pour in the whisked egg (1) while stirring continuously to create a creamy mixture.

Grease a baking dish with oil (2 tbsp) and line the bottom with edible paper.

Pour the celery (1 cup)-marshmallow (1 cup) mixture over the edible paper in the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting into squares.

Serve the Sweet Celery (1 cup) Surprise warm with a drizzle of chilled strawberry milk (1 cup) on top.
