Creamy Almond Milk with Sweet Dates

1.Soak almonds in water for 2 hours or overnight.

2.Drain and rinse almonds, then blend them with 2 cups of milk until smooth.

3.Strain the almond milk through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve to remove the almond pulp.

4.In a small saucepan, combine the strained almond milk, dates, and sugar.

5.Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the dates soften and the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.

6.Once the dates are soft, remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.

7.Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

8.Serve the creamy almond milk warm or chilled. Enjoy!
