Eggless and Flourless Oreo Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch cake pan.

2.In a blender or food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they form fine crumbs.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, milk, sugar, butter, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

4.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

5.Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6.Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.

7.Once cool, release the cake from the pan and transfer it to a serving plate.

8.Top the cake with whipped cream and crumbled Oreo cookies for garnish.

9.Slice and serve the delicious Eggless and Flourless Oreo Cake!
