Apple Almond Crisp

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2In a large bowl, mix almond flour (2 cups), baking powder (1 tsp), and 1/2 cup of coconut sugar (1 cup).

3Place the sliced apples in a pan on the stovetop with the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut sugar (1 cup). Cook over low heat until the apples soften, stirring occasionally.

4Layer the cooked apples in a baking dish.

5Sprinkle the almond flour (2 cups) mixture over the apples.

6Drizzle melted butter (½ cup) over the almond flour (2 cups) mixture to create a crispy topping.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are bubbling.
