Spicy Chilli Coffee Fritters

1In a bowl, mix 1 cup of besan, 1/2 cup of maida, and 1/4 cup of suji (semolina)

2Add 2 tablespoons of cornflour for extra crispiness

3Pour 1/2 cup of curd into the dry ingredients and mix well to form a thick batter

4Stir in 2 tablespoons of finely ground coffee to infuse the unique flavor

5Cut the chillies horizontally, keeping them whole with stems intact for easy handling

6Stuff each chilli with a small amount of the prepared batter, ensuring they are well coated

7Heat oil in a deep pan for frying, ensuring it is hot but not smoking

8Gently place the stuffed chillies into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp

9Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil

10Serve the spicy chilli coffee fritters hot with a side of chutney or sauce for a delectable snack
