Spicy Chicken and Potato Bake

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and dice the tomatoes (2).

3Peel and slice the potatoes (2) into thin rounds.

4In a bowl, mix together the chicken pieces (1 lb), diced tomatoes (2), chilli powder (1 tsp), and salt (1 tsp) until the chicken is well coated.

5Layer the sliced potatoes (2) at the bottom of a baking dish.

6Place the seasoned chicken and tomato mixture on top of the potatoes (2) in the baking dish.

7Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

8Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes (2) are tender and slightly browned.

9Serve hot and enjoy the spicy chicken and potato bake!
