Christmas Laddo

1.In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until they are finely chopped. Transfer the nuts to a bowl.

2.Add desiccated coconut, dates, dried cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom powder, and saffron to the food processor. Blend until a sticky mixture forms.

3.In a large pan, heat ghee over low heat. Add the nut and spice mixture from the food processor and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously.

4.Remove the pan from heat and stir in honey to the mixture. Let it cool slightly.

5.Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into round balls to form laddos.

6.Press some silvered almonds and pistachios on the surface of each laddo for garnish.

7.Allow the Christmas Laddos to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
