Gulkand Bread Pudding Delight

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2.Trim the edges of the bread slices and cut them into cubes or tear them into small pieces.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes, gulkand, milkmaid, sugar, and a knob of butter. Mix well to ensure the bread is coated with the sweet ingredients.

4.Add in the milk gradually to moisten the bread mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

5.Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle nuts on top if desired.

6.Sprinkle cardamom powder over the top for a fragrant touch.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the pudding is set.

8.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

9.Serve warm as is or with a dollop of ice cream for added indulgence.
