Colorful Zoo Pasta Salad

1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

7In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sweet potato (1), bell pepper (1), chicken tenders (1 pack) (cut into bite-sized pieces), canned corn (1 can), canned green beans (1 can), and cooked zoo-shaped pasta (1 cup).

8Prepare the pancake mix (1 cup) according to the package instructions to make a light dressing.

9Pour the pancake mix (1 cup) dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

10Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
